About the Role:

• As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing tour operations, ensuring seamless logistics services for our customers.
• You will work closely with our transport partners to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of goods, resolving any issues that may arise.
• With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will be the primary point of contact for our transport partners, providing exceptional support and resolving any queries or concerns.

Requirements:

• You have a strong background in logistics or a related field, with a focus on operations management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
