Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hearing Specialist with Branch Leadership skills to join our team at smart-recruiting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert audiological services to customers, including hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings, and follow-up care.

  • Lead and manage a team of audiologists and support staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality patient care.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in audiology and hearing technology to provide the best possible care for our customers.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Audiology or a related field.

  • Current licensure as an Audiologist in the state of practice.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audiology, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
