Wir suchen einen Senior Experten für Produktentwicklung und Prozessentwicklung, der unsere Technologie skalieren und professionell planen, entwickeln und standardisieren kann. Der Kandidat sollte kreative Ideen und eine strategische Denkweise haben, um unsere Produkte und Prozesse zu verbessern.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortlich für das Produktdesign und die Entwicklung neuer Produkte, einschließlich der Konzeptentwicklung, der technischen Spezifikationen und der Umsetzung von Designideen
  • Entwicklung oder Auswahl und Qualifizierung geeigneter (Herstell-)Prozesse
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Produktdesigns und des Produktentwicklungsprozesses (PEP), zur Erreichung von Effizienzsteigerungen und Qualitätsverbesserungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Team, um klare Richtlinien und Standards für die Entwicklung von 3D-Modellen, die Erstellung von Dokumentation und das Treffen von Designentscheidungen zu etablieren
  • Durchführung von Machbarkeitsstudien und Risikoanalysen, um sicherzustellen, dass die entwickelten Produkte den Anforderungen an Funktionalität, Qualität, Kosten und Zeitplan entsprechen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigung und dem Qualitätsmanagement zur Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration der Design- und Entwicklungsprozesse
  • Überwachung und Bewertung von Trends in der Produktdesign- und Prozessentwicklung
  • Schulung und Mentoring von Teammitgliedern, um deren Fähigkeiten und Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Produktdesign und Prozessentwicklung zu verbessern
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes wissenschaftliches oder technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Fachrichtung)
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktdesign und Prozessentwicklung
  • Verständnis für Designprinzipien und -standards sowie deren Anwendung in der Praxis (Design for Manufacturing)
  • Fähigkeit, äußerst strukturiert zu arbeiten
  • Analytische Denkweise und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten, um bestehende Standards zu überprüfen und zu verbessern
  • Kontinuierliches Streben nach professioneller Weiterentwicklung und Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Trends und Technologien im Bereich Produktdesign und -entwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (B2)
