About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Sofico. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of our ERP-software, Miles, for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 1 or more implementation projects, depending on the sizes of the projects.
  • Establish and achieve objectives, balancing the competing demands for quality and scope, within time and budget.
  • Organize and manage communication streams and reporting internally and externally.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with excellent organization/planning skills and the ability to maintain an overview of the different phases and manage the implementation of different modules simultaneously.

A strong commercial awareness is important, as you will need to ensure that the proposed solutions bring value for the customer as for Sofico.

You should be a people manager and coach, able to get your team on track and keep each project member motivated throughout the project duration.

Requirements

  • Several years' experience with project management and project management methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum etc.)
  • Several years' experience with medium to large scale ERP deployments with the different phases of a software implementation project: from pre-sales phase till go-live; including requirement analysis, configuration, development, migration, testing etc...
  • Experience in the financial sector; experience of the leasing business is a plus.
  • You are fluent in German (min. C1).
