Job Description

As a Process Engineer in our team, your primary focus will be on optimizing production processes and improving efficiency across various lines. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze production data, develop strategies for improvement, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Develop and implement process improvements based on data analysis and simulation
  • Collaborate with production staff to train them on new processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of production data and process performance metrics
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, Mechatronics, Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, or Industrial Engineering
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English (B1/B2) and good knowledge of German
