We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our team at BASF Jobmarkt GmbH. As a member of our Digital Excellence & Transformation team, you will play a key role in driving our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities
  • Support an international project team in the areas of digital and AI upskilling, as well as knowledge exchange.
  • Develop and implement innovative reporting and analytics solutions for financial steering and sustainability.
  • Plan, organize, and host online events and webinars to engage with our global Controlling Community.
  • Curate and develop tailor-made training paths on platforms like LinkedIn Learning.
  • Support the project leader in applying agile project management methods.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an economics degree or a comparable course of study.
  • Strong analytical thinking and independent work style.
  • Ability to develop and pitch new ideas.
  • Can-do mentality and willingness to drive projects forward.
  • Confident handling of Microsoft applications.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills to summarize results and present them convincingly.
  • Fluent in both German and English.
