Job Title: Management Consulting Consultant (m/f/d)

Job Description:

  • Strategically and operationally support clients in Sales/After-Sales projects, Pricing, Service Contracts, Merchandise, and Strategy development and implementation
  • Lead recommendations for optimizing business models, service contracts, pricing measures, sales channels, and strategies within projects
  • Develop and present solution approaches, decision templates, and ensure optimal customer communication
  • Take responsibility for individual work packages or lead initial sub-projects after thorough training
  • Collaborate on new project approaches and customer solutions, actively involved in acquiring new projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, or related field with excellent academic performance
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in areas such as Strategic Marketing, Pricing, Sales/After-Sales, Service Contracts, Consulting, ideally in Automotive or Construction Machinery sectors
  • Strong MS Office skills, familiarity with VBA is a plus
  • Quick comprehension and understanding of complex relationships
  • Effective communication and analytical skills
  • Independent and diligent work ethic, enthusiasm, and commitment
  • Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
