Our expert team comprises former online retailers and data scientists who are committed to bringing e-commerce into the future. We're on a mission to level the playing field, providing intelligent tools that empower all online retailers with data-based decision-making capabilities.
As a key member of our engineering team, you'll collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, high-performance AI agents. Your expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing large language models will be instrumental in enhancing agent behavior and enabling adaptive decision-making in dynamic environments.
We're looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in large language models and AI agents. If you're passionate about advancing the state of AI technology and have a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement large language model-driven AI agents capable of autonomously performing complex tasks.
- Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and product teams to translate cutting-edge AI research into practical, high-performance AI agents.
- Develop, fine-tune, and optimize large language models to enhance agent behavior and enable adaptive decision-making in dynamic environments.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of AI agents powered by large language models.
- Contribute to the development of tools, frameworks, and infrastructure that expand the capabilities of large language model-driven AI agents.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, with a recent focus on large language models and AI agents.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Linguistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience developing ML-related software in Python.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and MLflow.
- Familiarity with querying databases and building high-performance search and ranking systems.
