About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Manager to join our team at AOK Mein Leben. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems and applications, providing technical support to our employees, and collaborating with our IT partners to deliver high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Provide technical support to our employees, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our IT partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services, including the development and implementation of new IT solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and information security regulations, implementing measures to protect our systems and data from cyber threats.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of our IT strategy, working closely with our IT leadership team to identify and prioritize IT projects.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience and skills.
  • Proven experience in IT operations management, with a strong understanding of IT systems, networks, and applications.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of operating systems, databases, and software development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
