Join Our Team as a Team Lead System Testing

CMBlu Energy AG is a pioneering company in the field of organic batteries, and we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead System Testing to join our team.

As a Team Lead System Testing, you will be responsible for leading a team of testing engineers and assistants, developing and implementing test strategies and processes, and coordinating test activities. You will also be the central point of contact for all test-related questions and will coordinate communication between teams.

We're a highly motivated, engaged, and rapidly growing team of over 180 employees. We're preparing for the market launch of our products and are continuously improving our organization.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of testing engineers and assistants
  • Support the development and establishment of a modern test landscape
  • Develop and implement test strategies and processes
  • Plan and coordinate test activities
  • Be the central point of contact for all test-related questions and coordinate communication between teams
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to align test requirements and plans, as well as actively participate in development topics and technical improvements

Your Profile

You are highly motivated and want to shape the new energy storage technology from the outset?

Requirements for the Job

  • Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Chemical Engineering, preferably with a doctorate
  • Relevant professional and project experience in research and development
  • Experience in battery development is an advantage but not essential
  • Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Broad technical understanding and interest in new technologies
  • Communicative and open personality
  • Strong teamwork approach
  • Well-developed quality awareness, process thinking, and customer orientation
  • High engagement and reliability
  • Well-developed sense of responsibility
