Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our partners, clients, and service providers, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Manage all back office operations, including the processing of incoming and outgoing correspondence, addressing various inquiries, coordinating meeting spaces, and overseeing external service providers.
  • Support travel arrangements, event planning, and other administrative tasks as required.
Required Qualifications
  • Preferably possess experience in a similar administrative capacity or hold a commercial qualification.
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor, a proactive approach to resolving issues, and excellent organizational abilities.
