We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Specialist to join our team at U.S. Army Europe and Africa. As a key member of our housing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our housing services, including processing housing applications, determining eligibility for housing, and coordinating with military and civilian personnel to determine housing requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Process housing applications and determine eligibility for housing
- Coordinate with military and civilian personnel to determine housing requirements
- Review and prepare certificates of non-availability (CNA) as applicable
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer service
- Maintain the Army system of record database related to housing
- 2 years of creditable experience as defined in A below PLUS 1 year of experience as defined in B below
- Language Proficiency Level: English Language Proficiency level B2 AND German Language Proficiency level C1 required
- Office automation skills are required
