We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team in Vilseck, Germany. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Customer Service Section.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance of our property book, including extracting information from standard supply documents and verifying accuracy of stock identification, quantity, cost, and other data.
  • Maintain functional files and perform various administrative functions, including collection and consolidation of feeder data for recurring and special reports.
  • Serve as a reference source for supported units on procedural aspects of supply transactions, including preparation and distribution of Reports of Survey and Statements of Charges/Cash Collection Vouchers.
  • Coordinate with units for bulk issues of Organizational Clothing and Individual Equipment (OCIE) when push packages or new equipment fielding occurs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of creditable experience in clerical work, preferably in an office or store setting.
  • Experience working with computers, bookkeeping, making and recording inventories, telephone marketing, arranging events, or as a cashier.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Language Proficiency level B2 in English and German.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €45,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
