We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Technician to join our team at Otis College of Art and Design. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for the complete mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair of our elevator systems in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components.
- Conduct thorough inspections of elevator systems to identify and address potential issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as electrical or mechanical maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
