About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our platform's product strategy, ensuring alignment with our overarching product portfolio and business objectives.

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and deliver products that meet the evolving needs of our enterprise customers.
  • Utilize customer feedback, market analysis, and data-driven insights to prioritize and develop product features and capabilities.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategic decisions and product differentiation.
  • Foster strong relationships with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional stakeholders, aligning on the vision and requirements for the platforms.

Requirements

  • A university or college degree in the field of Computer Science, Media Design, Information Technology, or a related subject, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in Product Management within a B2B software product environment, demonstrating success in shaping products for expanding markets.
  • Background in Enterprise Software management, including knowledge of requirements related to Enterprise Software, internal implementation, or at customer side, driving projects on selecting an appropriate Enterprise Software Solution.
  • Exposure to working with agile development teams and a proven ability to navigate between them and the customer or customer-facing departments' requirements.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a talent for translating both qualitative and quantitative data into compelling product strategies and concepts.
  • Strong communication and influence skills, with the confidence to represent our organization in diverse forums, both internally and externally.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach, coupled with a willingness to engage in multi-tasking and tackle challenges in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
