Job Title: Director / Head of Global Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Global Brand Strategy & Marketing Planning department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global brand strategies, marketing plans, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute global brand strategies, positioning, and marketing plans, including process development and implementation.
  • Manage marketing activities, budget planning, and approval processes with HQ and regional/local stakeholders.
  • Develop a shared vision and understanding of business-driven and value-added marketing and data-driven decision making within the global BLANCO marketing community.
  • Represent the Global Brand Marketing Department in meetings and project teams.
  • Manage one employee (part-time) and provide disciplinary and professional guidance.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in international brand manufacturing or media/advertising agencies with a focus on marketing planning, process, and KPI tracking, budget management, and brand strategy.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English.
  • High level of intercultural understanding and experience abroad.
  • Value-adding personality with ability to build bridges between sales and marketing, HQ and local units, B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Persistent, resilient, and high tolerance for ambiguity.
