Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our team in Düsseldorf. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized customer service to local and international customers
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Utilize your knowledge of various styles and customer needs to drive sales
  • Support visual merchandising and product presentation
  • Maintain inventory levels and support stockroom operations

Requirements

  • Enthusiastic and dynamic personality with excellent customer service skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable role
  • Engagement, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working with high-quality products
  • Proficiency in modern media and ability to use them efficiently
  • Excellent German and English language skills, additional language skills are an asset
