Siemens Mobility GmbH is a pioneering company in the field of mobility, shaping the future of transportation and climate protection. As an EHS Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our sustainability initiatives and ensuring a safe working environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global occupational safety management strategies in collaboration with our EHS community.
  • Lead the North East Europe (NEE) EHS community as a Regional EHS Officer, reporting directly to the CEO of the NEE region.
  • Design and execute health and safety initiatives across our business units and regions, aligning with our EHS and sustainability programs.
  • Analyze monthly safety reports and provide feedback to relevant organizations, supporting the analysis of unintended events to ensure lessons learned are shared with stakeholders.
  • Drive consistency in EHS approaches across our business units and regions, setting targets, developing programs, and conducting workshops.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in mechanical or safety engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record and long-term experience as a global EHS Manager in a complex matrix organization.
  • Experience in designing and implementing occupational safety programs.
  • Familiarity with Human and Organizational Performance (HOP) principles and Learning Teams/Operational Learnings is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and management systems, such as ISO 14001/45001, and regulatory requirements in the Sustainability and EHS area.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English is essential; German and other languages are desirable.
