Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Transformation Project Manager, der unsere Digitalisierungsprojekte erfolgreich umsetzen kann.
Als IT Project Portfolio Manager sind Sie verantwortlich für die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines Teams von Projektleitenden mit Fokus auf IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte.
Wir erwarten von Ihnen:
- Die Sicherstellung der termingerechten, budgetkonformen und qualitativ hochwertigen Planung und Umsetzung sowie des Abschlusses von IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekten.
- Die Identifikation individueller Entwicklungsbedarfe und die Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Weiterbildungspläne zur Förderung der beruflichen Entwicklung Ihrer Teammitglieder.
- Die Unterstützung Ihrer Teammitglieder bei der Problemlösung, der Ressourcenplanung und dem Risikomanagement sowie die Bereitstellung von Mentoring und fachlicher Anleitung.
- Die Identifikation, Auswahl und Steuerung externer Projektleitenden zur bedarfsorientierten Unterstützung und Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration in laufende Projekte.
- Die Kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung des Projektportfolios zur Digitalisierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitenden, Lenkungskreismitgliedern und Geschäftsbereichsverantwortlichen.
- Die Identifikation, Bewertung und Priorisierung von Projekten basierend auf strategischen Zielen, Geschäftsprioritäten und Ressourcenverfügbarkeit.
- Die Regelmäßige Berichterstattung über den Fortschritt und den Status der Digitalisierungsprojekte und des IT-Projektportfolios an das Management und andere relevante Interessengruppen.
