About the Role

Fides Technology GmbH is seeking a Business Development Intern to join our team in Munich. As a key member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily activities and gaining valuable experience in business development, sales, and marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource utilization.
  • Performance Optimization: Use tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to manage advertising campaigns, continuously optimizing them to achieve better ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign data to extract actionable insights, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign performance.
  • Outreach and Engagement: Conduct outreach initiatives, including cold calling and email campaigns, and engage potential clients.
Requirements
  • Experience in performance marketing and campaign management
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with LeadGen tools and blacklisting tools
