About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Python Developer to join our agile team at Checkmk GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing new monitoring features for our hybrid IT monitoring software.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new monitoring features for our hybrid IT monitoring software
  • Support the connection of new IoT devices, IT hardware, and software services in close cooperation with customers
  • Maintain and improve our software to ensure high-quality performance and reliability

Your Profile

  • Backend developer with experience in Python and a strong understanding of Linux
  • Good knowledge of agile development practices, including TDD, CI, Pair Programming, Scrum, and Kanban
  • Passion for current technology developments and their possible applications
  • Strong ability to grasp complex tasks and respond with uncomplicated solutions
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
