Global Quality Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to support the development, implementation, and improvement of our Quality and EHS management system. This position will be part of the global Quality and EHS team, based in our Distribution Centre, and will report directly to the Head of Quality and EHS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the improvement of the Global Distribution Quality and EHS management program according to global and local requirements
  • Support the creation of a governance structure
  • Assist in running the Quality and EHS network
  • Support local responsible personnel and assist with audits
  • Create, conduct, and track Quality and EHS training
  • Local process owner for relevant Quality processes
  • Create reports about selected KPIs
  • Support the Distribution Centers with all Quality and EHS related questions

About You

  • Degree in Economics, Logistics, Engineering, or similar, or work experience within Coloplast, ideally in dealing with common Quality or EHS methods
  • Able to successfully support the implementation of Quality and EHS programs at multi-site level
  • Fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of using Veeva, MS Office
  • Proactive and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
