About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Data Quality Strategist to join our team at Advantest Europe GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global data quality strategy and process.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global data quality strategy, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all business units.
  • Establish and maintain a global data governance community, responsible for defining best practices, standards, and processes for data management.
  • Own the global data quality metrics, ensuring regular monitoring and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards are met, and develop corrective actions to address any issues.
  • Support the development of training programs to upskill data users, promoting a data-driven culture and mentality within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in Master Data Management and Quality Assurance, with expertise in data models, database design, development, data mining, and data quality techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to delve into technical details and manage key business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English, with German and Japanese language skills a plus.
