Job Title: HR Intern

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic team at Grant Thornton Luxembourg. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop your skills in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

The HR Intern will assist the Compensation & Benefits team in their day-to-day work, providing administrative support for all HR processes relating to time management, individual data, new arrivals and departures, and updating personal files. You will also support the Learning team in the administrative learning process and assist the Talent team with the preparation of our participation to recruitment forums and organisation of onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Compensation & Benefits team in their day-to-day work, including providing administrative support for all HR processes relating to time management, individual data, new arrivals and departures, and updating personal files.
  • Support the Learning team in the administrative learning process, including the welcome day preparation.
  • Assist the Talent team with the preparation of our participation to recruitment forums and organisation of onboarding process.
Requirements:
  • Be a student in a master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences.
  • Looking for a 6-months internship.
  • First internship within a HR department in Luxembourg is considered an asset.
  • First understanding of Luxembourg Labor Law and of Social Security Law is considered an asset.
  • Fluent in French and good command in English (any other language is considered an asset).
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g.: Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent analytical, confidentiality, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Flexibility, curiosity, dynamism, autonomous and rigorous with attention to details.
