Young Professional Development Program

The Forum Media Group GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our Young Professional Program. This executive management development rotational program offers numerous career opportunities in an international company.

In 20 months, you will gain in-depth insights into our business in various functional areas through a combination of on-the-job training and project work. You will apply your economic understanding daily, gain knowledge about our products, and learn how marketing and sales work. You will also develop your communicative, organisational, and leadership skills.

• Manage the entire program as board member's right-hand
• Apply economic understanding every day
• Gain knowledge about our products and learn how marketing and sales work
• Develop communicative, organisational, and leadership skills
• Work in 4 countries: Canada, Australia, Poland, and Germany

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in media, marketing, sales, communication, product development, controlling, or finance
• 2-3 years of work experience desirable
• Fluent German and English (Level C1)
• High willingness to travel
• Experienced in Microsoft Office and Teams
