About the Role:

Wacker Neuson Americas is seeking a driven Sales Manager to spearhead our sales initiatives and fuel business expansion. If you possess a passion for sales and a keen understanding of the construction equipment market, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with distributors within your assigned territory, optimizing their performance and driving growth.
  • Proactively identify and secure new distribution partnerships to expand our market reach and enhance our competitive advantage.
  • Conduct thorough analyses to pinpoint areas for improvement and devise effective action plans to address identified challenges.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies by actively participating in trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide expert financial guidance to distributors, including developing equipment quotes and proposals tailored to their specific needs.
  • Collaborate closely with our product development team to provide valuable insights from the field, contributing to the enhancement of existing equipment and the development of innovative solutions.
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing concerns, resolving issues effectively, and fostering strong, long-lasting relationships.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time to meet with distributors, attend industry events, and support sales initiatives.
  • Valid Driver's License.
