Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Lernentwickler, der sich auf die Entwicklung von Führungskräften spezialisiert hat. Als Senior Learning Specialist wirst du maßgeschneiderte Lernlösungen für unsere Führungskräfte entwickeln und implementieren.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Bedarfsanalyse: Durchführung von Bedarfsanalysen, um Lernlücken und -möglichkeiten zu identifizieren und insbesondere maßgeschneiderte Führungskräftentwicklungs-programme zu erstellen
  • Programmgestaltung: Design und Implementierung von Lernlösungen (z. B. E-Learning, Präsenztrainings, Blended Learning, Coaching, Workshops), die auf die Bedürfnisse verschiedener Zielgruppen abgestimmt sind.
  • Change Management: Unterstützung des Unternehmens bei Veränderungsprozessen durch gezielte Lern- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen.
  • Performance & Feedback: Unterstützung in der Implementierung Performance & Feedback Zyklen
Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftspsychologie, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder BWL mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder einem verwandten Feld.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Learning & Development, insbesondere im Leadership Training.
  • Erfolgreiche Coachingausbildung, Ausbildung Organisationsentwicklung oder Trainerausbildung ist ein Plus.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Lernmethoden und -technologien.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten.
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und Empathie im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Zielgruppen.
  • Fähigkeit, Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten und zu begleiten.
