Deine Aufgaben
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung der kompletten Reinigungsleistungen für den Hauptsitz der SAP in WDF/ROT
- Übernahme der Verantwortung und Bearbeitung des Abfallmanagementsystems
- Definition von Standards und deren Kontrolle für die externen Servicepartner (im Tagesgeschäft, sowie bei Ausschreibungen)
- Schnittstelle zum Kunden bei kritischer Entwicklung von Reklamationen (Eskalationsmanagement)
- Schnittstelle, um Bedarfe aus anderen internen Fachbereichen aufzunehmen und an die externen Dienstleister im Rahmen der definierten Standards zu platzieren (z. B. Projekte, Umzugsmgmt., ESG-Anforderungen)
- Sicherstellung, dass Normen z. B. DIN-EN 13549 eingehalten werden und eine lückenlose Dokumentation geführt wird (z. B. für Audits)
- Bestellung und Abrechnung der jeweiligen externen Servicepartner, sowie Zuarbeit bei der Budgeterstellung und Verwaltung
- Eigenständige Erstellung von Analysen und Optimierungsvorschlägen
- Sicherstellung der Aktualisierung und Weiterentwicklung der Prozess- und Ablaufbeschreibungen für die operativen Tätigkeiten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen infrastrukturellen und technischen Teams im Betrieb, um reibungslose Abläufe sicherzustellen
Das bringst du mit
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gebäudereinigermeister/in oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- 1 - 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Gebäudereinigerhandwerk
- Erfahrungen im Umgang mit kaufmännischen Anforderungen in einem internationalen Konzern-Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office Anwendungen (im Speziellen Excel)
- Gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft in einem flexiblen und dynamischen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Interesse an einer kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung und Offenheit für neue Ideen
- Konzeptionelle und analytische Fähigkeiten
- Eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Bereichsübergreifendes Denken und hohe Teamfähigkeit
