Technical Business Development Manager

At Amazon EU SARL (Germany Branch) - D70, we are seeking a highly-driven Senior Tech Business Developer Manager to join our team in continental Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to promote Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners, and housing associations, and to identify strong prospects and form successful commercial relationships with them.
Key responsibilities include delivering results, identifying and planning new targets and mapping stakeholders, and effectively initiating and qualifying leads. Additionally, you will undertake business development activities, create promotional decks for various customer segments, and build trusting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
We are looking for a self-starter who can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will have extensive experience developing relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders, and be able to communicate with senior leaders in a clear, concise, and structured manner.
What You Will Do- Deliver Results: Identify strong prospects and form successful commercial relationships with them.
- You will identify and plan new targets and map stakeholders.
- You will effectively initiate and qualify your leads.
- You will undertake business development activities.
- You will create promotional decks for various customer segments.
- You will build a trusting relationship with key partners and stakeholders.
- Cross functional collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
- Dive deep: Measure performance, articulate root cause analysis, and link to specific improvement areas.
- Minimum C1 English + German is a MUST.
- Strong ownership, bias for action.
- Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
- Ability to take decision based on data.
- Experience in working with property owners/companies, property manager or housing associations.
