PEC is a global leader in technology solutions, dedicated to advancing the production of sustainable energy storage systems. We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to become part of our EMEA After Sales Team, contributing to our vision of a sustainable future.
As a vital member of the After Sales team, you will report directly to the After Sales Manager and will gain in-depth knowledge of PEC's cutting-edge testing and manufacturing technologies. Your primary duties will include:
- Executing on-site installations, providing training, and overseeing commissioning processes.
- Delivering exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Conducting troubleshooting and calibration of equipment.
- Performing field service operations, primarily within the region.
We are looking for a driven professional who excels in customer communication. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of industrial automation and be prepared to travel locally up to 80% of the time. The ideal qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in industrial automation, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in German and fluency in English.
- A valid European driver’s license.
While we do not expect you to be an expert from the outset, a proactive and positive attitude is essential.
