Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Finance Analyst to join our Customer Fulfillment team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the financial performance of our rapidly expanding fulfillment network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive controllership, innovation, productivity, and cost-effective operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with business partners to influence and support both tactical and strategic business decisions, driving improvements and cost reductions.
  • Identify potential risks, evaluate their impact, propose solutions, and implement improvements to address any gaps.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the cost structure to make informed judgments in complex situations where data may be limited.
  • Lead and own the financial and operational planning processes to create a challenging yet achievable operational plan.

About the Customer Fulfillment Team:

Customer Fulfillment (CF) is at the heart of Amazon's operations. It has grown from a small team of booksellers to a sophisticated global network handling millions of orders daily. CF is responsible for managing inventory, facilitating speedy deliveries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
