PLM Expert Teamcenter Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled PLM Expert to join our team at Nordex Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing PLM solutions in Siemens Teamcenter to meet the requirements of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • PLM Solution Design: Develop and implement PLM solutions in Teamcenter to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve Nordex business processes to ensure seamless integration with PLM solutions.
  • Project Management: Manage projects with varying complexity levels in a dynamic environment, ensuring timely delivery and quality of results.
  • User Engagement: Foster a deep understanding of user needs and workflows to optimize the utilization of Teamcenter.
  • Leadership: Lead external consultants and vendors, defining work packages, tracking implementation, and ensuring quality of deliverables, including training.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of PLM Teamcenter solutions.

Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PLM, Teamcenter, and project management, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
