About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE Markt Seidel oHG. As a Sales Associate in the Drogerie department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including knowledge of our products, services, and promotions.
- Ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers, including maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
