Our Business Unit Tubular Glass produces product solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cosmetics industries at 7 locations in Europe and Asia. To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a motivated student assistant (m/f/d) in the field of Human Resources with a focus on data collection and analysis. Depending on your preference, you can choose your place of work from one of our three European locations and directly immerse yourself in the production processes:

  • Wertheim
  • Chalôn
  • Bolesławiec

You will have the opportunity to travel between the works to gain a deeper understanding of our international working methods and gain valuable insights into different operational processes.

Your Tasks:

  • Support the HR organization in the operational daily business and in the context of Business Unit projects
  • Support in the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis
  • Independent implementation of optimization projects
  • Further development of cross-functional reports and rollout within the Business Unit
  • Processing of ad-hoc requests
RequirementsEnrolled student (m/f/d) in the field of business administration, psychology, or B/M.Sc. programs (ideally with a focus on data collection and analysis)High IT affinity and digital competenceExcellent MS-Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, ideally also PowerBiOrganizational skills, flexibility, and team abilityExcellent English skills in writing and speakingAdditional Information
