Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Victaulic. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Support all facets of the supplier quality management system, including first-piece approvals, periodic production inspections, product/process validations and enhancements, and the development and adherence of control plans.
- Drive supplier development initiatives in collaboration with the Global Quality Assurance Engineering group.
- Identify opportunities for improvement based on risk and benefit, covering areas such as enhanced inspections, technology utilization, mistake-proofing, capacity improvement, and quality management.
- Undertake special projects as assigned by the Supplier Quality Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
- Strong proficiency in fundamental quality engineering principles and techniques, including statistical analysis and related software.
- ASQ Certified Quality Auditor, Certified Quality Engineer, or equivalent international certification is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English.
