Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Aushilfe Retouren to join our team at Straumann Group. As a key member of our Retouren Team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing returned goods, conducting quality checks, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inspect returned goods, documenting any damage or defects
  • Sort and store returned items, preparing defective goods for return or disposal
  • Communicate with customers to resolve issues and provide updates on returned goods
  • Process refunds and credits in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in logistics or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in German language, both written and spoken
