Community Liaison Specialist

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Dwellworks. This is a project-based opportunity, and you will be engaged as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert knowledge of the city and surrounding areas, including the rental market and local schools.
• Assist in finding rental homes for employees and their families.
• Support with orientation to the community, bank account, driver's license, social security, and utility setup.
• Utilize online and desktop applications to deliver efficient and cost-effective local support.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
• Research ability and proficiency in basic computer applications.
• Customer service experience.
• Valid driver's license and car insurance.
• Clean and reliable vehicle (preferably 4-door, with functional heat and air conditioning).
