About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Specialist to join our team at R+V Insurance AG. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our intranet and digital collaboration tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance to internal customers on the optimal use of SharePoint and Microsoft 365, ensuring seamless digital collaboration and information dissemination.
  • Design and implement effective concepts for Microsoft 365, supporting business units in building their virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain existing content, focusing on ensuring that page structure and design best support the content, and act as a central contact person for all questions regarding the presentation, location, and technical implementation of the R+V-NET users.
  • Handle tasks received from various editorial offices through our ticket system, providing technical coaching to editors on the use of web parts and explaining new features and changes available after migrations.
  • Utilize agile methods to incorporate user needs into projects, ensuring a strong customer orientation.

Requirements

  • Background in Business Informatics, IT specialist training, or equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in intranet focusing on digital collaboration, with proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint (2019 and Online) and integrating the intranet into MS Teams.
  • Demonstrated customer and service orientation with consulting experience in digital collaboration, as well as experience in coordinating and managing IT-related projects.
  • Stay informed about new trends and developments in collaboration and social intranet technologies, with knowledge of HTML being advantageous.
