About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our sales team in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing a portfolio of key accounts, driving revenue growth, and exceeding customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead the charge in acquiring new customers to broaden our market influence.
  • Manage customer data and ensure accurate reporting and tracking of sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of sales success in the payment or retail sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze market trends and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in English and German, with a confident demeanor.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
