About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Pair Finance GmbH. As a key member of our Business Intelligence squad, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Python.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform data into actionable insights
  • Analyze financial processes and derive data-driven solutions and KPIs, taking into account the business context
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI and Python
  • Work with data engineers to integrate data from various sources into the data warehouse and ensure data integrity and quality
  • Create on-demand analytic reports
Requirements
  • 4-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Analysis, preferably in a startup
  • Passion for learning and improving skills
  • Good Power BI skills (Power Query / DAX)
  • Ability to translate data into easy-to-understand business insights
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
  • Strong Python skills to implement and support in-house analytics, automated reporting tools, and ETL scripts
  • Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines under tight time constraints
  • Excellent communicator in English, German is a plus
