Merchandise Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at ONLY Stores. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales, customer service, and team management.

• Coordinate daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Manage store visual merchandising, including display and fixture maintenance.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
• Collaborate with the buying team to select and purchase merchandise that meets company standards and customer demand.
• Manage store budgets, including inventory, labor, and operating expenses.
• Develop and implement plans to improve store profitability and reduce costs.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
