Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant to join our team at Zenjob GmbH. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our content and performance marketing teams in scaling our social and paid media activities across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing our social media content, including researching trends, brainstorming ideas, and creating new content.
  • Provide key support for our Influencer management team, including looking for new collaborators, reviewing content, and working on fee management.
  • Support paid channel managers with creative testing, optimization, and research for further improvement.
  • Participate in community management activities, including answering DMs and comments, and organizing Q&A sessions.
  • Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm new campaigns and participate in the creation of our organic and paid ads.

Requirements

  • Attitude: you are hungry to complement your university studies with practical experience in a fast-growing company.
  • Language skills: you can express yourself in German and English (native speaker or C2 level).
  • You know and enjoy the social media trends, especially TikTok.
  • You are not afraid to be in front of the camera: we create natural and self-made content.
  • Tools: you have basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Marketing: ideally you already have your first experience/touchpoints with online marketing on the advertiser or agency side.
