Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Ergotherapist (m/w/d) to join our team at Ludwig Fresenius Schulen Erfurt. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with physical, cognitive, or emotional disabilities to achieve their full potential and live independently.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to promote independence and self-sufficiency in daily living activities
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive support and care
• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address physical, cognitive, and emotional needs
• Provide training and education to patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies for daily living
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a hospital or rehabilitation setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
