Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership
• Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity, and superior performance standards, leading by example.
• Work closely with your team to support and coach them in delivering a consistent client experience.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Client Advisors to ensure their development and motivation.
• Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans to drive results.
• Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding high-performing team members.
• Manage the employee lifecycle of Client Advisors, including online and offline processes.
Client Experience
• Lead and inspire your team to deliver a superior client experience, ensuring a hospitality mindset in every Client Advisor.
• Develop a client engagement mindset to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow team and personal client bases.
• Lead the execution of clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to reach clear goals and KPIs.
• Monitor Client Advisor performance and work with them to ensure clienteling excellence.
Product Knowledge
• Monitor the performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Merchandising team to provide effective feedback on products, stock situations, and category requests.
• Partner with the Store Manager and VM team to maximize category potential while maintaining image and merchandising guidelines.
• Partner with the Store Manager and Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through specific training.
Requirements
• Proven experience in retail team management, preferably in a luxury goods environment.
• Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive results.
