Wir suchen einen erfahrenen IT-Consultant, der sich auf die Lebensmittelindustrie spezialisiert hat. Du bist ein Schlüsselspieler für unseren Erfolg und bewegst dich zwischen Lebens- und Genussmitteln und der IT.

Als IT-Consultant unterstützt du uns beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Competence Centers für den Bereich Food & Beverage und steuerst multidisziplinäre Projektteams über alle Projektphasen hinweg.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Beratung und Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Systemen mit den Schwerpunkten Software, Prozesse und Organisation bei unseren Kunden in der Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie
  • Optimierung der Ablauf- und Aufbauorganisation auf Basis strategischer Vorgaben
  • Planung und Durchführung von Transformationsvorhaben und Konzeption von IT-Lösungen im Rahmen von Digitalisierungsinitiativen
  • Übernahme von Teilprojekt- oder Projektleitungsverantwortung
  • Unterstützung bei Akquisitions- und Presales-Tätigkeiten
  • Agile Organisationsentwicklung und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Beratungsportfolios

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in z.B. Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung in der Nahrungs- und Genussmittelindustrie, Prozess- oder Chemieindustrie
  • Breitgefächerte Kenntnisse aktueller IT-, markt- und organisationsrelevanter Themen
  • Gute Markt- und Wettbewerbskenntnisse von Nahrungs- und Genussmittelunternehmen
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Methoden und Vorgehensmodelle in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
