Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Data and Analytics, der unser Team bei der Gestaltung der digitalen Zukunft der Witt Gruppe unterstützt. Als Leiter des Datenmanagements werden Sie ein wichtiger Treiber für den digitalen Wandel in der Textilbranche für die Zielgruppe 50+ sein.

Aufgaben
  • Führen Sie ein Team von 16 Mitarbeitenden sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit den Stakeholdern der IT sowie dem Marketing zusammen und bauen Sie externe strategische Partnerschaften auf.
  • Initiieren und priorisieren Sie Digitalisierungsinitiativen und führen Sie diese in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen durch.
  • Entwickeln Sie markenübergreifende Datenprodukte und Kunden-Scorings weiter.
  • Identifizieren Sie potenzielle Herausforderungen und definieren Sie geeignete Lösungsmaßnahmen im Kontext unserer digitalen Transformation.
  • Verantworten Sie die Anmietung und Vermietung von Konzernadressen, die Portooptimierung sowie das Kunden-Scoring.
  • Steuern und verantworten Sie die operativen Aufgaben und Projekte in der WG Datenmanagement zusammen mit dem Team hinsichtlich Qualität, Zeit und Budget.
  • Seien Sie Impulsgeber für organisatorische Veränderungen in der WG Datenmanagement.
Anforderungen
  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als IT-Führungskraft sowie Berufserfahrung in IT-Projekten, bevorzugt als Projektleiter*in.
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der empirischen Datenanalyse und Verfahren des maschinellen Lernens.
  • Erfahrung mit Technologien für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, interner digitaler Transformation sowie mit digitalen Geschäftsmodellen, vorzugsweise im Onlinehandel.
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen und Erfahrungen mit Change- oder Transformationsprojekten.
  • Teamplayer mit koordinierenden, moderierenden und beratenden Fähigkeiten sowie Leadershipmentalität.
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Empathie mit Durchsetzungsstärke, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Innovationsfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
