Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Concept Engineering team for E-Mobility Technology Development. As a key member of our Technology Development team, you will be responsible for driving innovation and excellence in the development of SiC-MOSFET, Si-IGBT, and diode chip technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of technical experts in developing cutting-edge technologies for E-Mobility
  • Set technical direction for the development of SiC and Si power device technologies
  • Hire and onboard new team members to drive growth and innovation
  • Shape the future growth of the team in alignment with the company's strategic goals
  • Manage interfaces with various stakeholders within the company and externally
  • Foster continuous improvement of development methods and processes

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in chip technology development
  • Strong technical understanding of power electronic device physics, wafer technology development, and semiconductor processing
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing teams and driving innovation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders and drive results
  • Ability to understand and structure complex situations and develop lasting solutions
