Station Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse Manager to lead our pediatric care team at FRESENIUS_HELIOS_HOSPITALS. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing station operations, developing innovative care concepts, and motivating and guiding staff to ensure efficient organization and achievement of company goals.

• Manage station operations, including staff supervision and coordination of patient care
• Develop and implement innovative care concepts to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Motivate and guide staff to achieve high levels of performance and job satisfaction
• Ensure efficient organization and effective use of resources to meet company goals

• Completion of nursing training, ideally with a station management course
• Strong leadership and empathy skills, with the ability to motivate and guide staff
• Excellent communication abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and management
• Proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality patient care
