Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Chef de Rang to join our team at our new hotel in Gmund am Tegernsee. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure that guests feel welcome and valued.
  • Manage the front-of-house area, including the reception, bar, and restaurant.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation and presentation.
