Project Manager Transportation Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Transportation Infrastructure projects in Berlin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver projects successfully.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and other project team members, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the transportation infrastructure sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of transportation infrastructure projects, including planning, design, and construction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficient in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
